You will be sent a postage label and products will need to be returned, so it can be inspected before the refund is processed. You can only be refunded for the item, not including postage fees.
We will notify you via email to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. we cannot accept exchanges on any product for sanitary reasons. Sale items cannot be returned. If it is your first time ordering, we encourage you to order a sample before ordering a full size product for an easier shopping experience.

Most of our products are made on order to ensure quality and the longest period of preservability. Please allow at least 2 working days for your order to be dispatched and the shipping estimated period selected at check out.
